Shipping termsProducts are shipped from Sweden to European countries on Mondays-Thursdays, and to non-European countries on Mondays-Tuesdays with the exception for national holidays. Products are normally shipped on dry ice with FedEx. Depending on the country of destination, please allow 1 to 5 days for delivery. Information of the shipment will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped. Tracking of the packages can be done at www.fedex.com.
Order handling and dutiesAll duties and taxes are to be paid by the shipment recipient. All duties and taxes are to be paid by the shipment recipient. An order handling cost including freight will be added to your invoice according to the list below. However, large orders as well as the CLONEstem kit may have increased freight costs as well as individual countries not listed below.
