BioLamina’s standard Terms of Shipment are ExWorks (EXW, Incoterms 2020) unless otherwise agreed. Under ExWorks, the seller’s responsibility is limited to making the products available at a specified location, while the buyer assumes all shipping costs and associated risks.

Please be aware that, depending on your location, you may need to provide relevant documentation and may incur additional costs related to customs clearance or export licenses. These requirements fall outside BioLamina’s responsibility.
