BioLamina AB launches new website
BioLamina (Stockholm) is thrilled to announce the launch of its new website, BioLamina – Easy cell culture on human laminins. As the primary cell culture market evolves, so do we. Our new website celebrates the advancements of this market by uniting science and art, simultaneously bringing a new, refreshed look to BioLamina. It is up to date with the latest web designing technologies, is easier to navigate, and overall reflects the expanding applications of our product portfolio.
BioLamina continues to address the needs of researchers that aim at maintaining and differentiating human pluripotent stem cells in 2D. However, today we are also working with customers in drug discovery and development that are creating 3D models for non-animal disease modeling. Additionally, we are partnering with regenerative medicine companies that are looking to scale up and step into clinical trials. The new website incorporates a structure that highlights what our products can offer to our different customer segments.
“A lot is happening at BioLamina. The company is in its growth phase, and we are constantly upgrading and expanding ourselves to better facilitate the needs of our customers. Launching a new website is one of the milestones for this year. It speaks volumes of how we want to position ourselves in the 2D and 3D primary cell culture market” said Anders Lindblad, Interim CEO and COO at BioLamina.
BioLamina invites visitors to explore the new website and celebrate the different cell types in the human body.

The innovative products of BioLamina solve many of the technical problems associated with maintaining human pluripotent stem cells in a naive state and pushing these stem cells towards different specialized cell types, such as neurons, heart cells, and liver cells. Our flagship products, our biorelevant human recombinant laminin isoforms, Biolaminin, are defined cell culture matrices that successfully imitate the natural, cell-specific cell-matrix interaction in the cell culture dish, allowing the cells to thrive and maintain their function. Our products are a powerful resource for scientists working both within basic research as well as in regenerative medicine companies with a focus on cell therapy applications.
