At BioLamina, we take any allegation of misconduct seriously, and all reports are investigated. Any person reporting should feel safe and can report misconduct without fear of any reprisals. Our whistleblower system ensures anonymity for anyone who wishes to remain anonymous.
Employees and other stakeholders are encouraged to report misconduct and serious incidents via the Whistleblower channel. Examples of misconduct and serious incidents that should be reported are:
- A criminal act has been, is being, or is at risk of being committed;
- Violations of the law or regulations have been committed, are being committed, or are at risk of being committed;
- An employee’s health and safety has been seriously threatened, is threatened, or is at risk of being seriously threatened;
- An employee has violated, is violating, or is at risk of violating the company’s policies or guidelines;
- Harm to the environment has occurred, is occurring, or is at risk of occurring;
- Manipulation of accounting or financial data;
- Economic crimes such as bribery, corruption, fraud, and forgery;
- Serious forms of discrimination and harassment; and
- Information about any of the above situations being intentionally withheld.
